StayTask: Time Boxing has been designed under the fundamental principle of Privacy by Design. The developer does not have access to your tasks, personal data, or usage information, and does not track your activity under any circumstances.

This application has been developed respecting general principles of privacy and data protection, and operates completely autonomously on your device.

2. LOCAL (ON-DEVICE) PROCESSING

All data processing in the application, including the creation, management, and storage of tasks, is performed exclusively on your own device. Your tasks, settings, and usage data never leave your device nor are transmitted to any external server operated by the developer.

This means that:

• There is no network communication with the developer's servers related to your tasks or personal data.
• No tasks or user information are stored on the developer's servers.
• There is no intermediary with access to your content.
• The developer cannot view, access, or retrieve your tasks or settings.

3. LOCALLY STORED DATA

The application stores the following information exclusively on your device:

User-created tasks:
• Task name
• Planned duration and remaining time
• Task status (active, paused, completed, failed)
• Creation date and time
• Task history

Application settings:
• Haptic feedback preferences
• Alarm sound settings
• Vibration duration

Subscription data:
• Subscription status (free or PRO)
• Subscription type (monthly or annual)
• Purchase and expiration dates (managed by Apple)

Usage limits (free version):
• Counter of tasks created per day
• Date of last counter reset
• Counters for ad frequency

All this information is stored locally using native operating system technologies and remains under your exclusive control.

4. ZERO DATA COLLECTION BY THE DEVELOPER

This application does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process on the developer's servers any of the following data:

• Personal identification information: name, email, phone number, address.
• Task content: names, descriptions, or any information entered by the user.
• Usage data: frequency of use, behavior patterns, task statistics.
• Diagnostic data, crash logs, or telemetry generated by the app.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA) for cross-app tracking.
• Geographic location data (GPS or other methods).
• Device information such as model, operating system version, or unique identifiers.
• Behavioral data, usage patterns, or analytics of any kind.

The developer reserves the right to incorporate anonymous analytics tools or third-party services in the future to improve the application. Should such incorporation occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated prior to its implementation, as described in Section 12.

5. DATA COLLECTED BY APPLE

Apple Inc. may automatically and independently collect certain anonymous diagnostic and telemetry data from the system through the App Store and the iOS operating system. This collection is managed exclusively by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/privacy).

The developer of StayTask: Time Boxing does not have access to this data, does not control it, and does not participate in its collection or processing.

This Apple data may include, according to their own policies:

• Anonymous system crash reports.
• Technical device performance data.
• Operating system diagnostic information.
• Aggregated App Store usage statistics.

6. HOUSE ADS

6.1 Ads in the Free Version

The free version of StayTask: Time Boxing displays promotional ads for other applications developed by the same developer (known as "house ads"). These ads exclusively promote applications published by the developer on the Apple App Store.

Ads may be displayed in various formats, including but not limited to:

• Banners in different screen locations.
• Full-screen modal windows (interstitials).
• Other formats that the developer deems appropriate.

The format, frequency, location, and presentation of ads may be modified by the developer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 No Data Collection by Ads

Important: These house ads do NOT collect, track, or transmit any user data by the developer. Specifically:

• NO advertising identifiers (IDFA) are collected by the developer.
• NO user behavior is tracked by the developer.
• NO information is transmitted to third-party advertising services by the developer.
• NO ad interaction data is collected by the developer.
• NO location, IP address, or device information is accessed for advertising purposes by the developer.

The ads display information about other applications by the developer.

6.3 Technology Used and Modifications

The developer may use different technologies to display ads, including but not limited to:

• Apple's SKStoreProductViewController to display App Store product pages.
• Web views or external links to the App Store.
• Other technical methods that the developer deems appropriate.

The developer reserves the right to modify the technology used to display ads at any time and without prior notice, always maintaining the commitment not to collect users' personal data for advertising purposes.

When the user interacts with an ad, the experience may vary depending on the technical implementation used. The developer does NOT receive personal information about these interactions.

6.4 Ad Removal

By upgrading to the PRO version through subscription, all ads are permanently removed while the subscription remains active.

6.5 Disclaimer Regarding Promoted Applications

Although the ads promote applications by the same developer, the user acknowledges that:

• Each application has its own independent Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• The developer is not responsible for technical problems, bugs, or incompatibilities in the promoted applications.
• The descriptions and features shown in the ads correspond to the information published on the App Store and may change without prior notice.
• Any purchase, subscription, or transaction made in the promoted applications is subject to Apple's policies and the specific terms of each application.

The user interacts with the promoted applications at their own discretion and responsibility.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

StayTask: Time Boxing offers monthly and annual subscriptions to access the PRO version. Payment processing is managed entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store and the StoreKit system.

The developer of StayTask: Time Boxing:

• Does NOT receive, process, store, or have access to your financial data.
• Does NOT have access to credit card information or billing data.
• Does NOT store payment information on any server.

Apple provides the developer only with:

• Confirmation that an active subscription exists (without personal data).
• Type of subscription purchased (monthly or annual).
• Subscription status (active, expired, canceled).

This information is used exclusively to activate or deactivate PRO features on your device locally.

For any inquiries related to payments, billing, or refunds, you should contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS

The application uses local operating system notifications to alert you when a task has finished or is about to finish. These notifications:

• Are generated and processed completely on your device.
• Are NOT sent through external servers.
• Do NOT transmit information to third parties.
• Can be disabled at any time from system settings.

To manage notifications: Settings > Notifications > StayTask

9. DATA PERSISTENCE AND KEYCHAIN

To ensure that certain free version limits (such as the number of daily tasks allowed) cannot be circumvented by reinstalling the application, StayTask: Time Boxing uses the iOS operating system Keychain.

The Keychain is a secure storage system provided by Apple that:

• Stores data in encrypted form on your device.
• Persists information between application reinstallations.
• Does NOT sync data with the developer's servers.
• May sync with iCloud Keychain if the user has this feature enabled (managed by Apple).

Data stored in Keychain:

• Date of last daily task counter reset.
• Number of tasks created on the current day.

This data is used exclusively to enforce free version limits and does not contain personally identifiable information. Specific limits may vary and are displayed within the Application.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The minimum age may vary by country and is automatically determined by the Apple App Store in accordance with applicable local legislation. The developer does not knowingly request or collect personal information from minors.

Since StayTask: Time Boxing operates completely locally and without any user registration or data collection by the developer, use by minors does not generate profiles or storage on external servers. However, it is recommended that minors use this application under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Note on advertising: Third-party advertising services have their own policies regarding minors. Parents or guardians can limit ad tracking from device settings.

Responsibility of parents or guardians:

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the application by minors.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for any purchases or subscriptions made by minors.
• The developer is not responsible for unsupervised use of the application by minors.
• Unauthorized purchases made by minors must be managed directly with Apple Inc.

11. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

Since all information remains on your device at all times, the security of your tasks and settings depends on the protection that Apple provides to the iOS operating system (device encryption, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.) and the measures you yourself adopt.

The developer recommends:

• Keep your device with the latest version of iOS.
• Enable password or biometric protection on your device.
• Perform periodic backups through iCloud or iTunes.
• Do not share your device with unauthorized persons.

Important: If you uninstall the application, all locally stored tasks and settings will be permanently deleted. Keychain data (limit counters) may persist to prevent circumvention of restrictions.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The developer may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the application, applicable legislation, or industry practices, including the eventual incorporation of analytics tools or third-party services as indicated in Section 4.

When significant changes are made, notification will be provided through:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document.
• A notification within the application in the next available update.
• Publication on the application's official website.

It is recommended to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the application after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.

13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without prejudice to additional rights that the user may have under the legislation of their country of residence.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Policy limits the rights that the User may have under the consumer protection and privacy laws of their country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

Any dispute arising from the use of this application will be submitted to the competent courts of Bolivia. Users from other countries expressly agree to submit to Bolivian jurisdiction for any dispute related to this Privacy Policy or the use of the application.

14. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

This Privacy Policy was originally written in Spanish. It may be translated into other languages for user convenience. In case of discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and any translation, the original Spanish version shall prevail in all cases.

15. YOUR RIGHTS

Since the developer does not collect or store personal data on their servers, there is no information to request, rectify, or delete. All your data remains on your device under your exclusive control.

To completely delete all application data:

• Uninstall the application from your device.
• If you also wish to delete Keychain data, you can reset your device or contact Apple support.
