2. LOCAL (ON-DEVICE) PROCESSING

All game processing, including game logic, the artificial intelligence engine, campaign progress, and statistics, takes place exclusively on your own device. Your game data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

• There is no network communication relating to your game progress, statistics, or settings.
• No game data is stored on the developer's servers.
• No intermediary has access to your game information.
• Game resources (music, graphics, and sound effects) are bundled within the application and do not require an internet connection.

Disclosure Regarding AI-Generated Content: This application contains visual elements that were produced with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence tools. This content is pre-generated and included in the application. The application does NOT use artificial intelligence to process, analyze, or collect personal data from the user. The game's artificial intelligence engine (AI opponents) operates entirely on-device and neither transmits nor analyzes user data.

3. ZERO DATA COLLECTION

This application does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process on external servers any of the following data:

The developer does not receive, process, store, or have access to your financial data, credit card information, or billing details.

Access Tiers:

• Base Mode: The application allows users to play matches subject to certain limitations based on the game's resource system.

• Subscriptions: Provide access to additional content, expanded resources, and the removal of promotional content during the active subscription period.

• One-Time Purchases: Allow users to acquire consumable resources (such as in-game items) or permanently unlock content (such as levels, visual customizations, or full access).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage, restore, or cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS device settings.

Feature access: Premium features of the application may require an active subscription or specific purchases. If a subscription expires or is canceled, access to those features will no longer be available under the terms of each access tier. Progress and settings previously saved on your device will remain accessible.

Price changes: Subscription and purchase prices may change at any time. Apple Inc. may notify users of such changes through the App Store in accordance with its own policies.

5.2 Advertisements

Advertisements are automatically hidden for users with an active subscription that includes this feature.

Advertised Applications as Independent Products: The applications advertised are independent products, each with their own functionality, terms of use, and privacy policies. The developer assumes no responsibility for the content, operation, availability, or any other aspect of the advertised applications. By interacting with advertisements and downloading or using any of the advertised applications, the user agrees to be bound by the specific terms and privacy policies of each application. Users are encouraged to review the terms and policies of each application before use.

The display of additional information about the advertised applications may be managed through Apple Inc. services (such as the App Store) and is subject to Apple's privacy policies.

5.3 Synchronizable Keychain Storage

The application may store certain game data in the device's synchronizable Keychain to maintain the persistence of resources and progress. This data:

8.1 Limitation of Liability for Updates

The developer does not warrant that updates to the application will:

• Maintain compatibility with the user's existing progress, settings, or data.
• Not introduce new bugs or issues.
• Improve performance on all devices.
• Be compatible with future versions of iOS or with specific device models.

The user acknowledges that the installation of updates is at their own risk and that the developer shall not be liable for data loss, incompatibilities, or operational issues resulting from updates to the application or the operating system.

8.2 Monetary Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the developer's total liability to the user shall not exceed, under any circumstances, the lesser of the following amounts: (a) the amount actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10.00 (ten United States dollars). 9. NATURE OF THE GAME AND OUTCOMES

The user acknowledges that this application is a strategy-based entertainment game and that the outcomes of matches depend on multiple factors, including the player's decisions, the selected difficulty level, and the behavior of the AI opponent.

The developer does not guarantee specific outcomes, victories, continuous progress, or particular gameplay experiences. The game's difficulty, the behavior of AI opponents, and other aspects of the gameplay experience may vary and may be adjusted in future updates without prior notice.
