PRIVACY POLICY Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie Last updated: May 14, 2026 1. PRIVACY COMMITMENT Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie has been designed under the fundamental principle of Privacy by Design. The Developer has no access to your videos or files, does not collect personal data of any kind, and does not track your activity under any circumstances. This application has been developed in accordance with general privacy and data protection principles, and operates entirely on your device. 2. LOCAL PROCESSING All video processing — including person detection, blur effect application, preview generation, and final video export — is performed exclusively on your own device using native operating system tools. Your videos never leave your device and are never transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party. This means: • There is no network communication related to your videos or files. • No videos or multimedia content are stored on the Developer's servers. • There is no intermediary with access to your content. • Person detection and effect processing do not require an internet connection. 3. ACCESS TO DEVICE RESOURCES The App may request access to the following device resources, always for specific purposes and under your explicit control: Photo Library (read access): • To allow you to select the video you wish to process. Photo Library (write access): • To save the processed video to your photo gallery, only if you explicitly initiate the export. iOS Keychain (local storage only): • To store a simple daily usage counter for free users, ensuring the free daily export limit persists across app launches and reinstalls. • This record contains only: the current date and the number of exports completed for that day. • No personal information, user identity, media metadata, analytics identifiers, or tracking data is stored in this record. • The Keychain is used solely to provide a reliable free usage experience and prevent accidental reset of the daily quota. These permissions are managed entirely by the iOS operating system and are subject to the permissions you explicitly grant. The Developer has no visibility into the contents of your photo library or your files. You may revoke these permissions at any time from Settings > Privacy & Security on your device. Revoking permissions may limit or prevent the use of essential App features. 4. ZERO DATA COLLECTION This App does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process on external servers any of the following data: • Personally identifiable information: name, email address, phone number, postal address. • Videos, photos, or any multimedia content from your device. • Diagnostic data, crash logs, or usage telemetry generated by the App. • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking data. • Geographic location data (GPS or any other method). • Device information such as model, operating system version, or unique identifiers. • Behavioral data, usage patterns, or analytics of any kind. Notwithstanding the above, the Developer reserves the right to incorporate anonymous analytics tools or third-party services in the future. Should such incorporation occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated prior to its implementation, as described in Section 11. 5. IN-APP CROSS-PROMOTION OF DEVELOPER'S OWN APPLICATIONS The App may display promotional content for other applications published by the same Developer. These promotions are shown exclusively to users who do not have an active subscription (free users). Users with an active PRO subscription do not see promotional content. Promotional Implementation: • All promotional content is implemented using Apple's native StoreKit APIs provided by the iOS operating system. • Promotions are for the Developer's own applications only. No third-party advertising networks, third-party ad SDKs, external ad mediation platforms, or behavioral tracking systems are used. • The promotional content is displayed through Apple's App Store interface and is subject to Apple's own privacy policies. Data and Privacy: • These promotions do NOT collect, track, or transmit any user data for advertising purposes. • No advertising identifiers (IDFA), device fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking is used. • No user behavior, preferences, or personal information is collected or shared in connection with these promotions. • The display of promotional content does not involve any data transmission to external servers. User Control: • Promotional content can be dismissed by the user at any time. • Promotions are designed not to block or interfere with the App's core functionality. • Users can continue using the App normally regardless of promotional content. Modifications: • The Developer reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change the format, frequency, placement, timing, and presentation method of promotional content at any time without prior notice. • The Developer may introduce additional promotional placements or methods in future updates, always using Apple's official APIs and maintaining the same privacy standards. Independence of Promoted Applications: • Each promoted application is an independent product with its own functionality, features, and purpose. • Each promoted application has its own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, subscription model, and legal framework, which are separate and independent from this App. • The Developer is not responsible for the functionality, performance, content, availability, or any aspect of the promoted applications. • Any issues, claims, or concerns related to a promoted application must be addressed directly with that application's own support channels and are governed by that application's own terms and policies. • Downloading, installing, or using a promoted application is entirely voluntary and subject to that application's own terms and conditions. • The User is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of any promoted application before using it. 6. DATA COLLECTED BY APPLE When you download, install, and use this App through the App Store, you interact with platforms and services of Apple Inc. that operate independently from the Developer. Apple may automatically collect certain data through the following channels: App Store: When you download or update the App, Apple collects data associated with the transaction, including your Apple ID, device information, and purchase or subscription data. This information is managed exclusively by Apple. App Store Connect Analytics: Apple may collect aggregated and anonymous usage statistics about the App — such as number of downloads, sessions, and general performance — through its analytics platform. This data is anonymous, does not individually identify the User, and is accessible only to the Developer in the form of aggregated statistics, without the Developer being able to identify any specific user. System Crash Reports: The operating system may generate and send anonymous technical reports to Apple when the App closes unexpectedly. These reports contain technical system information and do not include videos or personal data of the User. The Developer may access these reports in anonymous and aggregated form through App Store Connect, solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs. Subscriptions and Payments: All subscription management, billing, and renewals are handled exclusively through the App Store. Apple processes and stores the User's payment data. The Developer does not receive, store, or have access to any financial or billing data of the User. The Developer of Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie has no control over the data Apple collects through its own platforms, does not process it on its servers, and does not share it with third parties. SUBSCRIPTION — PURCHASE MANAGEMENT Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie is offered under a subscription model. Payment processing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The Developer does not receive, process, store, or have access to your financial data, credit card information, or billing details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage, restore, or cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS device settings. Access to features: The premium features (also referred to as PRO) of the App require an active subscription. If the subscription expires or is canceled, access to those features will no longer be available. Videos previously processed and saved to your device will remain accessible, but you will not be able to export new processed videos until you renew your subscription. Price changes: Subscription prices may change at any time. Apple Inc. may notify such changes through the App Store in accordance with its own policies. For any questions related to payments, renewals, or refunds, you must contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. 7. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie is a video processing tool that applies cinematic blur effects to the background of the User's videos. The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the content they use, process, and distribute through this App. The Developer is not responsible under any circumstances for: • The use of videos, images, recordings, or other elements over which the User does not hold the corresponding intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, or image rights of the persons appearing in them. • The infringement of copyright, image rights, privacy, or other third-party rights resulting from the use of the App. • The use of the App to create false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content. • The distribution or publication of content generated through the App on third-party platforms. • Any claim, demand, damage, or loss arising from content created with the App, including third-party claims. • The processing of videos containing images of persons without their consent. The User represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights over the content used with this App — including the image rights of persons appearing in the videos and the valid consent of such persons where legally required — or that they have the relevant authorizations to do so. The Developer assumes no liability for any breach of this representation. 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. The minimum age may vary by country and is automatically determined by the Apple App Store in accordance with applicable local law. The Developer does not intentionally request or collect personal information from minors. Since Portrait Lens Cinematic Selfie operates entirely locally and without any user registration or data collection, use by minors does not generate profiles, cloud storage, or any type of identifiable data. Nevertheless, it is recommended that minors use this App under the supervision of a responsible adult. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES This App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Since all processing occurs locally on your device, the User is solely responsible for the custody and backup of their processed videos. The Developer assumes no liability for: • Loss of videos resulting from hardware or operating system failures. • Accidental deletion of videos or files by the User. • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. • Loss or alteration of locally saved videos caused by App or operating system updates. • Service interruptions, errors, or any other element that could affect the User's device. • Any claim arising from content created with the App. • Processing results that do not meet the User's expectations, including variations in blur effect quality between versions of the App or operating system. • Storage space consumed by temporary files generated during processing, or their persistence on the device in the event of process interruption. • Changes to operating system tools that affect the quality or functionality of the App, as such tools are managed by Apple and may be modified without the Developer's involvement. • The removal of the App from the App Store or restriction of its availability by Apple's decision or changes to its policies. • Economic losses, lost profits, or damage to professional reputation resulting from the use of the App in professional or commercial contexts. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer's total liability to the User shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the User during the last 12 months of subscription. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Policy limits any rights the User may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. 10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or industry practices, including the potential incorporation of analytics tools or third-party services as indicated in Section 4. When significant changes are made, notice will be provided by: • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. • A notification within the App in the next available update. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 11. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without prejudice to any additional rights the User may have under the laws of their country of residence. Any dispute arising from the use of this App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bolivia. 12. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE This Privacy Policy was originally drafted in Spanish. It may be translated into other languages for the User's convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and any translation, the original Spanish version shall prevail in all cases. 13.
