PRIVACY POLICY SIZE READY Last Updated: May 12, 2026 1. PRIVACY COMMITMENT Size Ready has been designed under the fundamental principle of Privacy by Design. The developer has no access to your images or files, does not collect personal data of any kind, and does not track your activity under any circumstances. This application has been developed respecting general principles of privacy and data protection, and operates completely autonomously on your device. 2. LOCAL (ON-DEVICE) PROCESSING All image processing, including aspect ratio changes and intelligent background application, is performed exclusively on your own device using iOS operating system technology. Your images and files never leave your device and are never transmitted to any external server, cloud, or third party. This means that: • There is no network communication related to your images or files. • No images or multimedia content are stored on the developer's servers. • There is no intermediary with access to your content. • The application does not require an internet connection for its core functionality. 3. ACCESS TO DEVICE RESOURCES The application may request access to the following device resources, always for specific purposes and under your explicit control: Photo Library: • To allow you to select the images you wish to process. • To save processed images to your photo roll, only if you explicitly request it. These accesses are managed entirely by the iOS operating system and are subject to the permissions you explicitly grant. The developer has no visibility whatsoever over the content of your photo library. You can revoke these permissions at any time from Settings > Privacy & Security on your device. 4. ZERO DATA COLLECTION This application DOES NOT collect, store, transmit, or process on external servers any of the following data: • Personally identifiable information: name, email address, phone number, physical address. • Images, photos, or any multimedia content from your device. • Diagnostic data, crash logs, or usage telemetry generated by the app. • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking data. • Geographic location data (GPS or other methods). • Device information such as model, operating system version, or unique identifiers. • Behavioral data, usage patterns, or analytics of any kind. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the developer reserves the right to incorporate anonymous analytics tools or third-party services in the future. Should such incorporation occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated prior to its implementation, as described in Section 10. 5. DATA COLLECTED BY APPLE Apple Inc. may automatically and independently collect certain anonymous diagnostic and telemetry data from the system through the App Store and iOS operating system, regardless of the application's distribution phase. This collection is managed exclusively by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/privacy). The developer of Size Ready does not have access to this data, does not control it, and does not participate in its collection or processing. This data never reaches the developer's servers. This Apple data may include, according to their own policies: • Anonymous system crash reports. • Technical device performance data. • Operating system diagnostic information. SUBSCRIPTION — PURCHASE MANAGEMENT Size Ready is offered through a subscription model. Payment processing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The developer of Size Ready does not receive, process, store, or have access to your financial data, credit card information, or billing data. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage, restore, or cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS device settings. Feature Access: The application's premium features (also referred to as PRO) require an active subscription. If the subscription expires or is canceled, access to such features will no longer be available. Images previously processed and saved on your device will remain accessible, but you will not be able to use premium features to process new images until you renew your subscription. Price Changes: Subscription prices may change at any time. Apple Inc. may notify such changes through the App Store in accordance with their own policies. For any inquiries related to payments, renewals, or refunds, you should contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. 7. CROSS-PROMOTION ADVERTISEMENTS The free version of Size Ready may display promotional content for other applications developed by the same developer. These advertisements have the following characteristics: Nature of Advertisements: • They are in-house advertisements that exclusively promote applications by the same developer published on the App Store. • They are NOT third-party advertisements and do not use external advertising networks. • NO third-party advertising SDK is used. Privacy and Data: • These advertisements DO NOT collect, track, or transmit user personal data. • NO advertising profile of the user is created. • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking technologies are NOT used. • NO information is shared with third parties. • Advertisements are not personalized based on user behavior. Ad Removal: • Users with an active Pro subscription DO NOT see any type of advertisement. • Upon subscribing to Pro, all advertisements are immediately removed. Modifications: The developer reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change at any time and without prior notice the type, format, location, frequency, content, and presentation form of cross-promotion advertisements displayed in the free version of the application. 8. USER CONTENT AND USAGE RESPONSIBILITY Size Ready is an image editing tool that allows users to adapt photographs to different aspect ratios through the application of intelligent backgrounds. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the content they use and distribute through this application. The developer is not responsible under any circumstances for: • The use of images over which the user does not possess the corresponding intellectual property rights. • Infringement of copyright, image rights, or other third-party rights arising from the use of the application. • Distribution or publication of content processed through the application on third-party platforms. • Any claim, demand, damage, or harm arising from content processed with the app. • Loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of images due to factors external to the application, including operating system changes, app uninstallation, or user device modifications. The user declares and warrants that they possess all necessary rights over the content they use with this application, or that they have the appropriate authorizations to do so. The developer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for non-compliance with this declaration. 9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY This application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The minimum age may vary by country and is automatically determined by the Apple App Store in accordance with applicable local legislation. The developer does not knowingly request or collect personal information from minors. Since Size Ready operates completely locally and without any type of user registration or data collection, use by minors does not generate profiles, cloud storage, or any type of identifiable data. However, it is recommended that minors use this application under the supervision of a responsible adult. 10. DATA SECURITY Since all information remains on your device at all times, the security of your images depends on the protection that Apple provides to the iOS operating system (device encryption, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.) and the measures you yourself adopt. The developer recommends: • Keeping your device with the most recent version of iOS. • Activating password or biometric protection on your device. • Performing periodic backups through iCloud or iTunes. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES This application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Since everything is processed locally on your device, the user is solely responsible for the custody and backup of their processed images. The developer of Size Ready assumes no responsibility for: • Loss of images resulting from hardware or operating system failures. • Accidental deletion of photos by the user. • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. • Loss or alteration of locally saved images caused by application or iOS operating system updates. • Content of third-party websites or applications that may be accessed from the app. • Service interruptions, errors, or any other element that could affect the user's device. • Any claim arising from content processed with the application. • Quality, resolution, dimensions, or technical characteristics of processed images. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total liability to the user shall not exceed in any case the amount actually paid by the user during the last 12 months of subscription. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY The developer may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the application, applicable legislation, or industry practices, including the potential incorporation of analytics tools or third-party services as indicated in Section 4. When significant changes are made, notification will be provided through: • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document. • A notification within the application in the next available update. It is recommended to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the application after publication of changes implies acceptance of the updated policy. 13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without prejudice to additional rights that the user may have under the legislation of their country of residence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Privacy Policy limits the rights that the User may have under consumer protection laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia or their country of residence that cannot be contractually waived. Any dispute arising from the use of this application shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bolivia. 14. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE This Privacy Policy was originally drafted in Spanish. It may be translated into other languages for user convenience. In case of discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Spanish version and any translation, the original Spanish version shall prevail in all cases. 15.
